A new event in London launches next month which aims to provide a platform for aspiring artists to showcase their work. Monday 17th November sees the inaugural Who’s Got The Hitz? take place at the Jazz Cafe in Camden, London. Audiences will be able to go and see 8 talented acts voted by the public, battle it out for the annual title of Who’s Got The Hitz? Champion, a cash prize for the overall winner and studio time to record their hits. This competition is unique, placing the emphasis on the hitz over the artist. Who’s Got The Hitz?Is open to producers, bands, singers, songwriters, all genres are welcome. As long as you’ve got the act to perform your original hitz, you’ll be provided with the stage, experienced industry judges and audience of music fans. The show will be hosted by Mr Play and Wise Tola, feature guest performances from Big Brovaz and The Chancery Lane and the guest judges will be Natalie ‘The Floacist’ Stewart, K Bizzy, Hyperdub’s Cooly G and Disrupt’s Phil Kemish.
